Sky’s Philosophy

I am passionate about health and fitness.  I find great health extremely attractive and I look for it constantly.  On the other hand, I find lousy health infuriating and I see it every day.  There is no doubt in my mind that those who have higher levels of health have a far greater chance of success and growth in many other areas of their life than those that really don’t care about their health one way or another.

I love training people and being surprised by their commitment to their healthy well being.  Every time I train someone -either at their home, the park or local gym -I can’t help but do an impromptu fitness check.  From my observations, we have all grown accustomed over many years to accepting ordinary life style habits.  So when someone does show an outstanding level of health, it’s impossible not to notice.

Those individuals that have an honest commitment to health always seem to develop an army of strong qualities.  Their health glow and seeps into all areas of their life ~greater self esteem, better judgement, healthier choices, happier life-styles, inspiring dreams, and their friends and family find them more attractive to be around.  And, bonus: the ultimate healthy body!!

Likewise, how many times have you sat down with a friend or family and complained about a situation where you couldn’t fit into your favourite jeans you’ve had for years?  As humans its only natural to want to look attractive, feel attractive and be attractive and attract healthy people.   Now more than ever, we look for healthy qualities in others.  Just look at how many popular magazines are titled with “How To Be “Sexier This Summer”.

As individuals we are responsible for our own ultimate outcomes.  We all have a chance to be healthy, attractive people.  It does take time and energy and a real commitment that has to be respected by those who desire any form of success, not just those who want quick fix, short term hits of results.  I believe there is no better way to create a healthier image for every body type than by being absolutely committed to offering yourself the highest level of health possible.

This site will show you how to achieve this goal.  It won’t cost a lot of money or take an enormous amount of time, but it will take a strong belief in the value of your being healthy and the important role that it plays in the future success of your life.
