E @ E St Term 3 ~1 Day Per Week
With the goal of getting results, Exercise @ Edward Street is a Small Group Training Class emphasizing on core strength and stability to begin with, progressing to toning, then conditioning.
These classes accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. However, as this is a progressive class, it is important that the participant begins at week one. This means that people wanting to join the class must join at week one.
Weeks one begins at the beginning of each new school term:
2011
Term 1: 31 Jan – 8 Apr
Term 2: 28 Apr – 1 July
Term 3: 19 July – 23 Sept
Term 4: 10 Oct – 16 Dec
Week 1 is FREE
